Explore the Volunteer Tester Center to compare all six Forge45 programs, including their covers, goals, schedules, difficulty guidance and equipment.

Choose a program, then select Apply to Test This Program. Your choice will be selected on the existing application. You can also express interest in other programs. Allow 2–3 minutes to apply.

Applications are reviewed; participation is not guaranteed. Selected testers complete the agreement and activate assigned programs through a private invitation in the existing tester app.

Testing is voluntary. Follow the program safety guidance and report concerns. Program purchases and public downloads remain paused.

Accepted testers can use the Forge45 Tester Hub on Android or iPhone to follow assigned workouts, save progress, and send suggestions. Activate your private invitation first, then sign in with ChatGPT using the email Forge45 invited.

Add the hub to your phone’s home screen. An internet connection is required to save workouts. Continue your weekly check-ins and finish with a final review.
